What is the Midlands Voluntary Right to Buy Pilot?

Voluntary Right to Buy (VRTB) is a pilot scheme in the West and East Midlands enabling customers who rent their home to purchase their property from Nehemiah UCHA at a discounted price. We are taking part in this pilot to test the policy enabling Nehemiah UCHA tenants to buy their home at a discounted price.

How do I register?

To apply you will need to register here for a unique reference number through the Government's portal as soon as it opens for applications. There is a limited number of unique reference numbers and not everyone will receive one.

The gateway for registering your interest will be open from 16 August to 16 September inclusive.

Voluntary Right to Buy - Reminder

To apply for the VRtB scheme, You must have completed the online ballot form at here.

This must me completed by midnight on 16 September 2018 and received a confirmation email of your registration.
